Where Is The Project Located?
Orchid Court is conveniently located near the heart of Watford’s High Street. It is a 3-minute walk to Watford Junction station that leads directly to London Euston station, and also to intu Watford, which has been rated as one of UK’s top retail destinations.
What is the Ground Rent?
The ground rent at Orchid Court for 1 bedroom apartments is £200 per annum. 2-bedroom apartments will pay £250 per annum while 3-bedroom apartments will pay £350 per annum.
What is the payment schedule like?
Once you have decided on a unit, you will have to pay £2000 as a reservation fee and submit your required documents to the solicitors. 10% of the purchase price will be payable (via the solicitors) upon contract exchange within 21 days of reservation. The remaining 90% payment will be payable upon notice of completion given by the developer.
When is Orchid Court completing?
Orchid Court is ready for immediate occupation. Once you make the full payment towards your purchased property, the developer will notify you on the collection procedures and welcome you to your new home!
What are the service charges?
